Do you offer longer than traditional sessions?

More time means more depth, clarity, and progress. Sometimes a standard session isn’t enough—especially when life feels overwhelming or when doing more intensive therapeutic work like Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). Extended sessions provide the space to slow down, explore challenges in greater depth, and work through immediate concerns without the pressure of the clock. They can be especially valuable for individuals in high-pressure careers or navigating burnout, offering more time to process, gain clarity, and leave feeling grounded with practical tools you can carry forward.

*Therapy Intensives are coming soon for both intensive coping skills training and ERP.*

Do you offer in-person session?

I currently offer sessions exclusively through secure telehealth. Many clients find that meeting virtually allows them to fit therapy more easily into their busy schedules—no commute, no parking, and the comfort of joining from their own space. Telehealth also makes it easier to stay consistent with sessions, even during travel or hectic weeks. The connection and depth of the work remain the same; the only thing that changes is the convenience.

What days do you offer appointments?

Daytime, evening, and weekend appointments are available. I believe therapy should fit into your life—not the other way around. That’s why I offer flexible scheduling options to make it easier to access support, no matter how busy your week may be.

Do you take Insurance?

I do not accept insurance because I want therapy to be guided by your needs—not by the limitations of an insurance company. Many insurance plans require a formal diagnosis and restrict the number, length, or type of sessions covered. By working outside of insurance, I’m able to protect your privacy, tailor treatment to your unique goals, and offer flexibility in how we structure our work together.

Will my insurance cover any of my care?

You may be eligible to use your Out-of-Network insurance benefits to be reimbursed for part of your individual therapy sessions. This means you would pay for sessions up front, and then submit documentation to your insurance company to request reimbursement. I provide a detailed “superbill” (an itemized receipt with the necessary codes and information) that you can easily send to your insurance provider.

Every plan is different, so reimbursement depends on your specific coverage. Many clients find they are reimbursed for a significant portion of their sessions once their deductible is met. To find out your benefits, you can call the number on the back of your insurance card and ask about your “out-of-network outpatient mental health coverage.” I’m happy to guide you through this process so it feels clear and manageable.
